All SPARK VCT shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange and can be bought like any other share.  However, shareholders seeking to sell their shares may find that there is a very limited secondary market for shares in Venture Capital Trusts generally.

- Discounts between share price and NAV should narrow on successful, high yielding VCTs

- There is no minimum holding period

If you are seeking capital gains, purchasing VCT shares in the secondary market can increase your overall risk profile and increase diversification, therefore should be part of a wider portfolio.
