Category a) persons who fall within the definition of "market counterparty" or "intermediate customer" in the rules of the Financial Services Authority.

Category e) certified sophisticated investor to whom Article 23 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes) (Exemptions) Order 2001 applies.
